  • Promote ongoing safety campaigns and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety-first thinking in every area of the business.

Office Management & Performance

  • Manage office sales planning and budgeting while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data to drive smarter decision-making.
  • Lead office meetings, uphold accountability, and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Oversee daily operations and performance of both the Richmond and Norfolk offices, with Richmond serving as the home base.

Team Development & Culture

  • Set clear goals and KPIs, and provide consistent coaching and development to team members.
  • Create a motivating, high-energy environment where people are excited to show up and win together.
  • Own key staffing decisions, including hiring, performance improvement, and recognition.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service or staffing environment
  • Prior leadership or management experience with a proven ability to coach and develop a sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management
