Description

As a Territory Sales Rep, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and grow existing client relationships by promoting Tradesmen International’s skilled labor solutions. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development
    • Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
    • Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to educate contractors on Tradesmen’s value proposition.
    • Register new clients, negotiate terms, and secure signed service agreements.
    • Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
    • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders—from office personnel to jobsite supervisors.
    • Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency.
    • Deliver and discuss invoices during initial billing cycles to ensure timely payment.
  • Field Employee Engagement
    • Support the onboarding and jobsite introduction of Field Employees.
    • Maintain regular jobsite visits and phone check-ins to ensure employee satisfaction and client alignment.
    • Track active and available Field Employees and work closely with operations to ensure strong deployment.
  • Sales Process Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the CRM.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly planning.
    • Support field recruitment efforts by encouraging referrals from high-performing Field Employees.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build lasting customer and team relationships
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals
  • Experience in B2B outside sales, especially with cold calling and territory management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard business software

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Consistent attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
