The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for representing Tradesmen International at specific clients’ worksites and acts as the primary point of contact for client personnel as well as the Tradesmen craftworkers dispatched to the site. The Onsite Coordinator is a critical role to ensure Tradesmen’s service meets the specific workforce needs of the clients while also supporting the redeployment of craftworkers as the work site winds down. Clients that require an Onsite Coordinator typically have 30 or more Tradesmen craftworkers often including travelers that require specific skills and safety training.
